The 4th gen. Suzuki Jimny instantly became a hit in the aftermarket industry after its release sometime in ’19. From off-road modifications, performance parts, to kits that turn this 4×4 into a pint sized Defender or G-Wagen, the options were simply limitless. Naturally, builders also needed a matching set of adjustable coilovers, which are now available from ST Suspensions in the Philippines.
ST-XA coilovers for the new Suzuki Jimny, developed alongside KW Automotive, are adjustable both in height and damping. It can be easily lowered between 15 to 35 mm on the front and rear axles via a continuous thread on the galvanized steel strut. There are also 16 clicks of rebound damping adjustment to soften or stiffen the ride depending on driving conditions.
This coilover kit from ST Suspensions is based on the twin-tube damping principle of low friction combined with pressure-resistant damper housings. A mono block guide and seal package reduces friction of the damper as well as protects it against corrosion and dirt. Each galvanized strut is sealed multiple times to ensure maximum longevity in all weather conditions.
