How much does it cost to service a Hyundai at the dealer?

If you were to ask the brand’s distributor Hyundai Asia Resources Inc. (HARI), they’d ‘strongly recommend’ that Hyundai owners have their vehicles undergo regular Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS), at the prescribed intervals, and only at their authorized Hyundai Service Centers nationwide. But that obviously costs money, so we’ve compiled their PMS Package estimates so you’d know in advance how much to shell out.

We’d like to put it out there that PMS visits needs to be scheduled every 3 months or 5,000 km, whichever comes first. Not only does it help ensure the reliability, performance, and longevity of your Hyundai, but also helps preserve HARI’s 5-year unlimited mileage warranty.

The PMS price matrix we’ve put together covers most of their current lineup including the EON, Reina, Kona, Tucson, Santa Fe, and Grand Starex. We also inserted several past models such as the i20 Cross Sport. Surprisingly, the previous gen. and all-new version of the Accent costs about the same to maintain, while price variations in several models are either due to engine displacement, fuel type, or transmission.

It quotes every single PMS visit, starting from 1,000 km up to 100,000 km based on a 5-year ownership. Do note, however, that these are estimates only that cover the basic PMS, so feel free to consult with a Hyundai Service Advisor in case you have extra service requests.
