Of all the car shows in the country, we can attest that the Trans Sport Show is the best of the bunch. They always have the best cars, the best crowd, and support from the best companies in the local automotive industry. That’s why they’ve been around since 1992 and this year will be their 26th time hosting it.
The event’s main highlight will always be the cars vying for the ‘Best of Show’ Contemporary and Nostalgic awards, plus the numerous ‘Best in’ categories. But for 2017, the Trans Sport Show has some ‘new’ things you need to look out for.
DZ Racing’s Meet and Greet
Take note the names Tatsuru Ichishima and Daijiro Inada, because these 2 very influential VIPs will grace the show on Friday. Ichishima-san founded a small company called Spoon Sports in 1998, while Inada-san is the man behind Options magazine, D1 Grand Prix, and Tokyo Auto Salon.
If you want to meet them both (and have some memorabilia signed), drop by DZ Racing’s booth on April 21 at 2:00 PM.
4th Tour de Cebu Media Launch
The annual ‘Tour de Cebu’ is a 1,000 km historic sports car rally that drives across the beautiful landscape of Visayas. Over 40 participants join the 3-day adventure each year and they hope to grow even bigger on its 4th edition.
The media launch is scheduled on April 21 at 3:00 PM and see what 2017 has in store.
Moto Builds Pilipinas
For the first time in history, motorbike show and bike build off Moto Builds Pinas will be held simultaneously with the Trans Sport Show. Here, the country’s most talented customizers will display their art on 2-wheels over the 4-day event
