But quite interestingly its only now that they’ve opened their very first Hyundai dealership, which also happens to be the brand’s first EV-authorized showroom and first to carry the new Hyundai Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) 2.0. in the Asia Pacific region.
Hyundai Makati stands right along the automotive strip of Chino Roces Avenue Extension and a stone’s throw from the CBD. The 280 sq. meter showroom can fit up to 5 vehicles on display, while the 1,167 sq. meter service area at the back has space for 6 work bays plus 2 dedicated specifically for EVs.
“Now, Hyundai is certainly a reputable brand which has certainly stood the test of time, and we have very much enthused to jumpstart this venture and journey. The Hyundai brand has captured the hearts of many Filipinos years ago and now with this economy thriving, with the market high in demand, we are eager to capitalize on all opportunities. As the first officially authorized Hyundai EV dealer in the country, Hyundai Makati is equipped with a 22KW AC Charger and a 50KW DC Charger. It also has all the necessary EV aftersales support, from facility readiness to certified technicians.
Other EV-authorized Hyundai dealerships are scheduled to open within the year in Alabang, Cebu North, Pampanga, and Pasig.
