AAP fields strong Philippine lineup for 2025 Asia-Pacific Motorsport Championship

Going up against some of the best drivers in the region, the Philippines will be among 25 nations represented at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Motorsport Championship (APMC) in Sri Lanka. The Automobile Association Philippines (AAP) has hand-picked 12 of the country’s top talents to compete in the multi-discipline event this weekend.

The APMC will gather an estimated 140 competitors across categories including Karting Sprint, Karting Endurance, Autocross, Regularity Rally, Auto Gymkhana, Karting Slalom, and E-sports. Organized to strengthen regional motorsport, the event aims to provide a broader platform for Asia-Pacific participants, lower the cost of entry into the sport, and foster unity among the region’s motorsport organizations.

All competitions will run from September 26 to 28 at the Sri Lanka Karting Circuit – Bandaragama. Best of luck to the Philippine contingent as they proudly represent the country on the international stage.
